Our graphics are "Link Ware". This means that all are free for the taking in exchange for a link to www.daveandpeg.com. You may use a text link as long as the text states where the graphics came from.  Alternatively, you may link to us using one of our  logos or banners. We require a text link or (linked) logo or banner on EACH page that displays any of our graphics. Our graphics are to be used for FREE only on personal websites and non-commercial sites.  You may redistribute our graphics to any person you wish as long as a copy of this use policy is also provided to the person who is receiving them from you.  Please do not "Hotlink" to our site.  Download the graphics to your own hard drive and upload it to your own server for use on your pages.  We are providing these graphics for the mere pittance of a link, please do not make us pay for your bandwidth.   Our graphics and web templates are not to be sold or distributed for profit.  When you use our graphics on a web page, we would appreciate an Email giving us the URL where they are being used.  We will Then add a reciprocal link to our "Graphics User Sites" list.  All graphics listed under "Other's Graphics" are not ours. They are used on this site only by permission of the artist.  Each page will have instructions explaining the acceptable use of these graphics.  Please follow the instructions and provide all links, etc. if you use these Graphics so we can continue to bring you quality art work without getting into trouble with copyright laws.

Commercial Sites & Custom Graphics

Your site will be considered a commercial site if there is any type of sales made from the site.  The exception is church websites that are using their web to advertise bake sales, barbecues, car washes, T-shirt sales, etc. as church fund raisers.  To qualify as a "fund-raiser" all proceeds must go to a registered non-profit organization or church.

Commercial sites may use any of our graphics, except those included in our web templates, upon the purchase of a limited copyright agreement. Commercial sites wishing to use any of our web templates must purchase the web template from us.  You will then become the owner of the  the template and it will be removed from our site.  A list of known users of the template will be provided at the time of purchase and any use policy or agreement with these sites shall become the responsibility of the new owner.

We can also create graphics for commercial sites. Custom graphics can be designed for any purpose such as web sites, business cards, logos, banners, fliers, etc. Contact us by sending an Email describing what project you would like us to work on. Be sure to give your name, address, contact phone number, Email address, and attach any of your own graphics that you would like us to use.  We will contact you to discuss details, costs and payment.

Web Templates

Our web templates are specifically designed for use on Christian church sites.  These templates are intended for FREE use for any church that agrees with our statement of faith.  The purpose of these templates are to help churches like ours to promote and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world wide web.  If you disagree with our statement of faith, please get your templates elsewhere.  We ask that the template design remains intact with modifications limited to the addition/subtraction of navigation buttons, links and the editing of the center body text and content.  Graphics and pictures may be added  as long as they do not interfere with the layout of the original graphics supplied with the template. The copyright and link to DaveandPeg Creations at the bottom of the page must remain unchanged.  If you or your church do not want the link at the bottom of the page, you may contact us via Email to discuss the purchase of a limited copyright agreement, or the purchase of the web template itself.  The link may then be removed.  All "free" users must provide us with a contact Email address and the URL of the site where these templates will be used.  That way, we can provide a reciprocal link, as well as inform you if the template has been sold. When a template is sold, any agreement between any and all template users and DaveandPeg Creations becomes null and void.  Continued use of a sold template must be worked out with the new owner.

Banners And Logos

Our banners and logos may be displayed on any site (private or commercial) without charge, providing that the banners and logos used must remain completely unaltered to include resizing, and the site does not promote hate, violence, pornography, or any anti-Christian materials.  We would appreciate it if you would link the banner or logo back to our site, however we do not require a link unless some of our other graphics are also used on your site.
